Our Virtual School Program is an amazing environment for 3rd – 8th grade students with Dsylexia, ADHD and Non-Traditional Learners. Academy teachers are wonderfully caring and supportive souls who understand that many of our students come to us feeling defeated, made to feel dumb, told they can’t read, or just feel like they don’t “fit in” because of their academic challenges. We concentrate on rebuilding our students’ confidence by teaching each student at their own level. Our students begin to experience success and they quickly realize that they have amazing gifts, are unique individuals, and can conquer the world with their special talents.
In the Virtual School Program, classes occur Monday-Friday and start at various times in the mid-morning (9am or 10am). It includes 4 academic classes of 50 minutes each (see below). We can create alternative schedules/times, should we have enough students (2) from a similar time zone or have similar scheduling needs. Students participate in these 4 academic classes below each school day –
- ACADEMIC CLASSES (Monday – Friday)
- 1.Structured Literacy – Wilson (50 minutes)
- 2.Reading Comprehension with Phonemic Awareness (50 minutes)
- 3.Writing (50 minutes)
- 4.Real-Life Math (50 minutes)
Each Academic class above is led by an amazing teacher who specializes in each individual content area.

Non-Structured Literacy Classes
(Reading Comprehension, Writing, and Real-Life Math)
We have 2-5 students in each Non-Structured Literacy Class during our Virtual School Program. Classes are not scheduled to begin until there are at least 2 students registered. Your child may be put on a wait-list until we are able to match them up with other students who are on their same level and who we believe they will be successful with. Additionally, we always prefer to keep students within 1 year and 1 grade-level of each other.
Structured Literacy – Wilson Reading System Class
There are 2-3 students in each Structured Literacy – Wilson class in our Virtual School Program. Classes are scheduled to begin when there are 2 students registered. Your child may be put on a wait-list until we are able to match them up with another student on their same level or who we believe they will be successful with. Additionally, we always prefer to keep students within 1 year and 1 grade-level of each other.
